Redstone Federal Credit Union Wins 2016 OnBase Financial Services Innovation Award
Redstone Federal Credit Union received Hyland's first ever OnBase Financial Services Innovation Award at the 2016 CommunityLIVE conference in Orlando, Florida, where over 1,700 OnBase end users, developers, customers and partners were in attendance.
The credit union nominated and presented its Exception Tracking OnBase Workflow, outlining the immense impact the solution has had on the organization. The solution identifies errors or missing documentation via automated reports, notifies responsible parties, and tracks corrections, providing greater insight into processes and helping streamline even the most demanding tasks.
'Even the best employees at an organization make mistakes. The OnBase Exception Tracking solution identifies errors or missing documents, notifying the appropriate employee to correct the issue before it escalates to a larger problem that puts our organization at risk,' said Chris Appleton, OnBase system and workflow administrator at Redstone Federal Credit Union. 'Our OnBase Exception Tracking solution tracks an average of 2,000 exceptions monthly and saves our credit union more than $125,000 in annual licensing fees each year.'
'Redstone Federal Credit Union's use of Exception Tracking eliminates the risk of incurring non-compliance penalties for errors or missing documentation,' Michelle Harbinak Shapiro, financial services marketing portfolio manager at Hyland. 'We congratulate them on earning the 2016 OnBase Financial Services Innovation Award and look forward to seeing the new ways they will leverage OnBase in the future.'
