Hyland Recognized as a Certified Military Talent Employer™ by NEOVETS

NEOVETS Inc. awarded Hyland its Certified Military Talent Employer (CMTE) designation for its hiring philosophies, policies and practices that support military and veteran hiring. NEOVETS presented Hyland with the award and an honorary salute from The Color Guard, during Hyland's weekly all-company meeting.

Founded nearly three years ago, NEOVETS connects Northeast Ohio veterans with local businesses and nonprofit organizations. NEOVETS' also partners with local community colleges to match veteran job seekers and employers with education and training opportunities that address skill gaps to help hire or promote veterans.

'The CMTE designation is an evidence-based certification showing that an employer supports military and veteran hiring by deploying recruiting strategies to hire and retain active and retired military members,' said Bryan A. McGown, NEOVETS founding board member. 'We are honored to award Hyland with the CMTE designation for its veteran recruiting and hiring initiatives and look forward to continuing our work with Hyland to connect veterans with technology careers.'

Partnering with NEOVETS and earning this certification enables Hyland to learn best practices in interviewing military veterans, improve its military recruiting practices and stay informed on military job fairs.
