Hyland Positioned as a Niche Player in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for BPM-Platform-Based Case Management Frameworks

Hyland was recently named to Gartner's Magic Quadrant for BPM-Platform-Based Case Management Frameworks report, recognizing its OnBase enterprise information platform for the second consecutive year.

Gartner analysts define BPM-platform-based case management frameworks as configurable "apps" designed to help application leaders accelerate the delivery of unique and flexible case management solutions. Hyland - including the OnBase and WorkView | Case Manager module — was one of 13 vendors recognized in the report, evaluated utilizing Gartner's methodology based on ability to execute and completeness of vision.

On a single platform, OnBase provides case management, content management and BPM capabilities, empowering organizations to manage and improve both unstructured work and structured, repeatable processes. OnBase case management capabilities support dynamic — and often unpredictable — people-driven work with solutions in areas like, service requests, incident management and investigations. In addition to enabling organizations to rapidly configure tailored case-driven solutions, OnBase also provides frameworks that offer a starting point for app creation. These include the Checklists for Process Control offering, a framework that enables organizations to quickly create dynamic checklist applications that empower knowledge workers in areas like IT help desks and customer service.
