Hyland Named a 2018 Military Friendly® Employer by Victory Media
Annual list recognizes organizations with exceptionally strong veteran recruiting programs that connect service members, and their spouses, with meaningful careers as they transition to corporate work environments
Hyland has earned Victory Media’s 2018 Military Friendly Employer designation for its exceptional recruiting initiatives and commitment to connect service members, veterans and spouses with meaningful careers. First published in 2003, the Military Friendly Employers list is the most comprehensive and powerful resource for veterans seeking new career opportunities in corporate work environments.

Organizations earning the Military Friendly Employer designation were evaluated using three data sources within Victory Media’s scouring methodology: publicly available data from federal agencies; personal opinion data from veteran employees; and proprietary Military Friendly survey data from participating organizations. More than 200 companies participated in the Military Friendly Employers portion of the 2018 Military Friendly Companies survey. Ratings methodology, criteria, and weightings were determined by Victory Media, with input from the Military Friendly Advisory Council of independent leaders in the higher education and military recruitment community. Final ratings were determined by combining an organization’s survey score with an assessment of the organization’s ability to meet thresholds for applicants, new hire retention, employee turnover and promotion and advancement of veterans and military employees.
