Hyland Launches Higher Education User Events in Nine Cities

Hyland, a leader in providing software solutions for managing content, processes, and cases, is hosting nine user events on college campuses across the nation to share technology best practices, connect customers with peers and provide expert insights from Hyland’s dedicated higher education team.

Each one-day event will offer sessions about product updates and tips, customer-led discussions and case studies, as well as hands-on product demos.

“There is nothing more important to Hyland than engaging directly with customers to learn more about their needs and then working together to develop effective, creative solutions,” said Dave Vegh, director of higher education sales at Hyland. “We designed this campus tour to create meaningful conversations with our customers and to grow the Hyland community, giving customers a chance to connect with peers and experts who can share best practices that will move higher education forward.”

• July 19 - Our Lady of the Lake University, San Antonio, TX
• July 24 - Northern Illinois University, Dekalb, IL
• July 24 - University of Colorado, Denver, CO
• July 25 - Fordham University, New York, NY
• August 1 - The Ohio State University, Columbus, OH
• August 7 - Virginia’s Community Colleges, Richmond, VA
• August 8 - University of Missouri, Columbia, MO
• August 23 - Central Piedmont Community College, Charlotte, NC

Hyland’s campus tour will feature in-depth discussions about OnBase and Perceptive Content roadmaps, as well as new and enhanced solutions including Brainware for Transcripts and ShareBase.

Brainware for Transcripts is an intelligent capture software program that uses optical character recognition (OCR) to convert different types of transcript documents, such as scanned papers, PDF files or images into editable and searchable data. The solution transforms operations across campuses by speeding transcript processing, diminishing data entry, and improving student response times during admissions, transfer and degree audits.
