Hyland, creator of OnBase Receives Dual Recognition as Northeast Ohio’s Top Workplace and Fortune’s 100 Best Workplaces for Millennials

Recognition showcases Hyland's collaborative, creative culture which helps employees feel fulfilled and thrive

Hyland, creator of OnBase has been selected as the #1 2015 Top Workplace in Northeast Ohio by the Plain Dealer and as #46 on Fortune's 100 Best Workplaces for Millennials.

For the sixth consecutive year, Hyland has made the Top Workplaces list. 2015 marks the first time the company has held the top spot, which is determined solely on employee feedback gathered by Workplace Dynamics, LLC, which sites high marks from Hyland employees who outline the great culture, community and benefits at the organization.

Hyland also made Fortune's 100 Best Workplaces for Millennials, based on a survey of employees 35 years and under, because of its accessible executives and ability to achieve work-life balance.

'Hyland continues to garner recognition for being a great place to work both locally and nationally because of the community and culture we've built focusing on keeping our employees happy, healthy and engaged, which ultimately increases customer service levels and growth,' said Debbie Connelly, vice president of human resources at Hyland. 'We take great pride in the fact that we've been able to preserve that culture, which reflects our core values of honesty, integrity and family, throughout continuous growth and look forward to continuing to build engagement programs our employees want.'

Hyland's empowering work environment sparks creativity and innovation for developing, selling and marketing its leading enterprise content management software, OnBase. Its current hiring initiative will add another 400 technology jobs within its development, services and quality assurance departments to develop, test and install the award winning OnBase solution.
