Hyland, a leading global content services provider, has been named a leader in the 2023 Omdia: Universe for Content Services Platforms.

The global research firm noted in its analysis Hyland’s proficiency in “automation and cloud-native, fully-featured open-source content services platforms with strong artificial intelligence capabilities.”

The report also specifically noted Hyland’s capabilities in key areas that customers are currently utilizing, including capture, governance, process automation, case management, collaboration and analytics; Hyland’s “strongest areas are search, document management and its content services platforms,” the report noted.
